I called LeakBot when my device told my phone that I had a leak in the system. They offered to send a technician at no charge to me. The technician came and he was kind and very skilled. He found the leak and repaired it easily and as he had it apart he also cleaned the inside of the waterpipe as it had a very small clearing. Then he ran the check again and showed me the results. I was very impressed. Great concept and great service.

The technician was very friendly ,and he explained the process for installing the Leak Bot. My main concern is how I will change the batteries for the Leak Bot when they need replacement. I am unable to crawl to the crawl space in the back portion under my home.
