If the leak is on your internal mains plumbing, the find-and-fix visit, including standard parts and labour, is completely covered by the service provided via your insurer. No bills, no surprises.

Our goal is to resolve your mains water leak efficiently and without cost to you. The free service typically covers:

Leak Detection: Finding the precise location of the leak on your internal mains water system.
Leak Repair: Fixing the identified leak, including standard parts and labour.
Qualified Plumbers: Service provided by trained and vetted LeakBot employed plumbers.
No Call-Out Fee: There’s no charge for the plumber’s visit for qualifying leaks.

What's generally not covered?

Leaks not on the mains water system (e.g., wastewater pipes, appliance faults unrelated to the mains connection).

Making good cosmetic damage (e.g., re-plastering, painting) if access needed to be made for the repair. Your insurance policy may cover this separately.

Major pipe rerouting or extensive plumbing system overhauls.

“Great bit of kit and excellent engineer. Cost me nothing as I was part of a two year trial with my insurance company (NFU). Device notified me I had small persistent leak. Just had new electric shower installed so feared the worse (?dripping inside wall etc). Engineer booked two weeks after first notified. Engineer (Daniel) was brilliant- thorough, friendly, professional. Found leaking toilet stopcock (20mls/hr) - replaced parts, tested entire house cold water circuit again. Then I followed the Leakbot procedure, they promptly contacted me to arrange a visit. The Leakbot man arrived, was very courteous, wore overshoes & quickly determined the two leaks that caused the alarm.
