Excellent Service
Certainly worth having. The communication with support and engineer has been outstanding. It’s good to know we have a device that detects leaks, however it can cause extra anxiety. Unfortunately I ignored a second warning after checking what I thought was a tap. It was only when we saw a water mark on the ceiling, that we were alerted to THE leak. I doubt we would have noticed it so then a LeakBot engineer would have been helpful. By then we had to call out our own plumber.

Robert, my LeakBot representative, was very thorough and informative. He found a few areas of concern and repaired items as necessary. The one area was the supply line to my washing machine on our second floor. We have plans to be away for a number of days and it could’ve been catastrophic, had that burst.
