The engineer, Daniele, was dogged and determined to find the root cause of the leak. The rather obvious dripping ballcock valve in the loft was noted, but he pressed on to see if this was caused by an underlying leak elsewhere. It took him some time during which he remained affable and courteous as well as professional in his search for the leak. The guy was friendly, helpful & efficient He quickly diagnosed location of the leak(s). Replaced a dripping tap and a failing WC ball valve - at no cost to me. What's not to like?!

We get the Leakbot service as part of our home insurance and it has warned us of leaks a couple of times. One we could fix ourselves but the other we couldn't identify and nor could our plumber. Leakbot sent out an engineer and he was very courteous and efficient. He had plenty of equipment including things like a thermal imaging sensor to look for leaks in the underfloor heating system and did a thorough survey of the house. Two plumbers came, set up their computer and connected it to the half bath and did a pressure test showing there was a leak. They checked out the bathrooms and found a tube spout in the main bathroom was dripping. They recommended I call the plumber, who had put in a new cartridge, to come back and repair it, most likely was an issue with its O-Rings. I called the plumber and he came to my home and replaced the defective O-Rings.

Leak it called me practice when their device detected a lead an I was unable to leave it. The technician was professional thorough and courteous. He was able to identify the leak which will subsequently be repaired.
